INDECO was retained by Railtrack at privatisation to design and develop an information system to handle an investment portfolio of over 1,000 projects and 10,000 contracts. Projects could be part of a programme and ranged from a few thousand pounds, to many hundreds of millions. Using Rapid Application Development (RAD) methodology we had developed the system and had 80% of the investment programme under control within six months. We did this by interfacing a database mirroring the required project management processes with a completely proprietary shrink wrapped project management system (Primavera).

More recently we have been retained by a number of companies to develop Project Management portals to provide online access to project information, processes, procedures and systems.
